Hi, I’m Erin!

About
The most challenging phone call I have ever made was calling home and telling my mom I was giving up my full ride to college and switching my major from Nursing to Business Marketing. Little did I know the trajectory that change would set my life on.
After three years of living and working in Philadelphia post-graduation, I moved back to North Carolina in 2010 and dove into photography. While I worked full-time, four years of building my photography business led me to take a chance, give up my corporate job, and go full-time into entrepreneurship in 2014. I have never looked back.
I ran a thriving photography business for eight years in a small beach town in coastal North Carolina. I photographed weddings, portraits, headshots, and magazine assignments for local publications and had a few associate photographers working under my brand. In 2019, I fell in love with a handsome Marine, and we bought a house on the same street as my sister; life was bliss.
In 2022, my husband received overseas orders for Camp Humphreys, South Korea, and I found myself saying goodbye to my business, selling our beautiful home, and starting a new life abroad with my growing family. Change can be scary, but in the change, in the hard, we grow.
Moving to Korea has allowed me to pursue new ventures, expand my skill set to travel photography and writing, and embrace a new way of life. We travel frequently with our two small children, ages three and twenty months, to places like Bhutan, Nepal, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Thailand. I also had the opportunity to dive into solo travel, which was especially healing during a difficult postpartum journey after my second child.
As our two years in South Korea end, I am excited to continue our overseas journey in Stuttgart, Germany, where we will be for at least the next three years. Though I continue to accept a limited number of family bookings a year, my focus has turned to sharing travel experiences, both our family adventures with toddlers and my solo travels. My hope is to inspire anyone to get out and explore this wonderful world, and for those who cannot, bring those stories directly to them at home.
Erin currently resides in Stuttgart, Germany. She’s available to travel worldwide.
